Natural God's Eyes

5th graders are creating God's Eyes. First, we created a small practice one. Once they got the hang of it, we learned how to change colors. This week, we went outside to look for sticks. Outside, we created large God's Eyes. This was a great lesson to teach:

  • Weaving

  • Form

  • Pattern

  • Color Scheme

Students are able to take them home after one art class. I have kept some of the best ones to display in the cafeteria in the next week. They will get them home the following week.

GREAT JOB 5th Graders!

(Above is a picture of our display of God's Eyes in the cafeteria. These were wonderful. Great job to each 5th grader!)
